Refund policy

All products offered by IT-BOOKS are digital goods delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or made accessible to the customer.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital products after purchase.
By completing your order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product and that you waive the right to request a refund or return once the item has been delivered or downloaded.

Digital products are typically delivered via email or made available for download within 12 hours of purchase. If you do not receive your product within that timeframe, please contact us immediately at [sales@it-book.co.uk], and we will ensure your access is restored.

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate payment for the same product.

• A verified technical issue that prevents product access and cannot be resolved by our team.

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, including proof of issue.
